This year, we're honored to rename the race in tribute to former Warson Woods resident James Lambert (affectionately known as Frenchy), one of the founders of the race 15 years ago. James passed away earlier this year after a courageous battle with cancer. His vision and dedication helped build Trot Thru the Woods into the community tradition it is today. We're grateful that his son, Harry, continues that legacy as a passionate supporter of the race, and we're proud to carry the Frenchy name forward with every runner who crosses the finish line with his #choosepositive message.

T-shirts are guaranteed to all 5K registrants who sign up before November 1st. Kids Fun Run participants who'd like a shirt can add one during registration for $15.

All events take place at Royal Oak Park in Warson Woods.
There is no parking available at Royal Oak Park on race day. Parking is available behind Warson Woods City Hall — from there, it's a short walk downhill to the race site. (See map for parking details) There is also no street parking on Warson Woods Drive between Renderer and Andrew.
Due to road construction in Warson Woods, we are still determining this years course. Check back for updates!
A photographer will be on-site, with photos posted as soon as possible after the event. And of course, the famous running turkey will make an appearance!
Overall Male/Female winners will be recognized, along with medals for male/female winners in each age group for the 5k:
7 and Under, 8–10, 11–13, 14–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60+
All Kids Fun Run participants receive a finisher's medal!
